Valus logo contestThe valus logo was made for a logo competition in 2002, but didn't win, it came in second.Valus is an online micro payment systen, which needed logo when it was launched in 2002. There were som restrictions, the new logo could only contain 4 specific white, red, gray and black colors. It should appear modern and trustworthy, and fit next to other creditcard logos. To make it modern and stand out I made it oval, instead of the usual square logos. The 'safety look' was achied by emphasizing the V, and make it look like an acceptance sign.
